Work has begun on the RECONSTRUCTION on disEnchanted.  A new format, a few new techniques, and a new website are all in the works! The last quarter of 2009 was a busy one for me.  A lot of projects were in the works.  A few of them were completed ... but most of them squeezed into a state of semi-done-ness (or stasis) to be fully completed at a more appropriate time.  I got promoted at work, which means I'm spending more time there and less time on things I actually ... enjoy.  At all.  And, the day before Christmas, some crazy old lady ran a red light and destroyed my car!  That has been less than fun, as I'm sure you can imagine.  I'm not

You may have noticed that there was no comic last week. This may have saddened you, and for that I apologize. Then again, maybe you didn't even notice and are, even now, outraged to the point of delirium. For that, I also apologize. Or maybe, just maybe, you neither noticed nor cared and are here by some odd chance, wondering how you've stumbled across my little place in the information tubes and what on earth is going on. For that, there is no apology. Sorry. In any case, these scenarios don't really change anything. There was still no comic last week. Ah yes.  That 'strange' thing I mentioned before?  I think I figured out what it was.  Unsettling a bit, yes, but at least there aren't zombies on the loose.  I hope. What adventures follow this point?  It's hard to say at this juncture.  Certainly there WILL be adventures (one doesn't happen upon some gnomes and NOT get adventure).  Will there be other fantastic creatures and characters to discover?  Almost definitely.  And other worlds to explore!  But for now, we'll leave it at this: There are gnomes.  In the refrigerator. ...isn't that an odd place for gnomes to live?
